Freezing the little bagel sandwich was probably a bad idea. Even sprinkled with lemon juice, the avocado will be brown by the time she eats it. The lemon squares are great. I made them yesterday with a whole wheat pastry flour walnut crust, fresh lemon juice and zest & agave & eggs for the filling.
So nice to see R got this gorgeous, gourmet lunch on my birthday. And did I get a bento-box full of goodies? Eh? Eh?
