Cherries and pistachios; Asian pears and orange slices; tomatoes from our garden; roast beef, tomato and spinach on whole wheat, on top of spring greens, with spinach and cabbage butterflies and orange pepper confetti; chocolate covered cashews in the center.
I feel a little uncomfortable with calling these greens "spring greens." i would, however, find "autmn microsreens," an acceptable substitute. Respectfully, anonymous-totally-not-Tommy.
ReplyDeleteGood point Tommy. If I were a good gardener and those were my greens, or if I were even a good shopper and they were local greens, autumn microgreens would be better. Wherever these came from, it's probably spring.
